A Push of a Button
It would be nice if all prices could be updated with a push of a button.
Product Organizer makes it just about that easy. Updated prices can be entered
or updated via price lists. A price list can contain as many items as
appropriate. Each price list has an effective date and expiration date.
Now say you want to prepare a publication for print that will be published 3
months from now. You go to the price list manager, enter the appropriate
effective and expiration dates and with a click of a button all of the prices in
the database are updated.
Oops, now you want to prepare a flyer for next week. Its easy just follow the
same process and the database now contains the prices appropriate for that
publication.
